EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise, you have ordered from us. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do;

  • For exchange – please contact our customer care department via Whatsapp number/Email mentioned above within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Items once purchased are non-refundable.
  • Please note that No return/refund/exchange is allowed for items purchased on sale & discounts promotions.
  • You may exchange the size of the delivered goods on production of original invoice provided the goods are unused and are packed in their original packing with all tags attached, unworn/undamaged condition and not altered.
  • The decision of the Company shall be considered final in all cases.

Claim policy

In case you find a manufacturing defect in the goods purchased, kindly contact Customer Service via WhatsApp at 0333cxxxx or write us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the purchase of the product.

DELIVERY

  • All deliveries are subject to stock availability and confirmation of payment. Standard Delivery charges Varies
  • The Company shall endeavour to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within 2 – 7 working days after we receive your order.
  • The Company will deliver the goods during routine working hours (9am – 5pm) within Pakistan at the given address from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.
  • Please note that certain goods may not be delivered within the specified delivery period due to the unavailability of stocks.
  • The Company can either deliver your order to the shipping address as mentioned by you during order, or an alternative address on your request such as a workplace, university or friend/family address. The alternative delivery address must be in Pakistan and is subject to additional charges.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address shall be sufficient to prove that the order had been delivered to you. Signatures/Attestation may be obtained from any person at the given delivery address.
  • If no person is present at the delivery address you have provided, the courier may attempt delivery with a neighbor who will be asked to sign on your behalf. On neighbor refusal to receive the goods on your behalf, the goods will be returned by the courier to the Company as undelivered. (Next delivery shall be charged accordingly).

GENERAL

Payment can be made by using any of the methods listed on our Website.All prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistan Rupees) .The acceptance of offer to purchase goods is subject to availability of goods. The confirmation of order via web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. Company will inform you if it is unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase and a full refund will be given in Pakistan Rupees.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

The Company may cancel this agreement any time without any prior notice to the customer at its sole discretion.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cash on Delivery (COD)Payment will be received in cash and Pak Rupees at the given address. Our courier will not accept any cheque or demand drafts. Note that no other promotional schemes like Reward Points, Gift Vouchers etc. Are applicable on COD. Online Payment via Credit/Debit cards or any other payment mode.

COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT

Company operates a complaints handling mechanism to resolve any disputes that may have arisen. You may need to contact us according to the contact details provided in these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a complaint it is highly appreciated that complete description of your complaint with accuracy of events is provided to us including details of your order as provided in the Confirmation email. Should you not receive any feedback from us within 7 working days, please make further enquiries. In rare cases, your email may land in our spam filters or not reaching us due to any technical difficulties for which no liability shall be assumed by the company.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IMPORTANT: THIS CLAUSE CONTAINS PROVISIONS WHICH RESTRICT THE EXTENT TO WHICH THE COMPANY IS LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS YOU MAY SUFFER IN CONNECTION WITH THE GOODS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY AND DO NOT MAKE AN OFFER TO PURCHASE THE GOODS UNLESS YOU AGREE TO THIS CLAUSE.

  • The Company’s total liability to you in respect of any claim by you arising out of or in connection with the provision (or the failure to provide) the goods shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied or to be supplied.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all liabilities for its employees’ or sub-contractors negligence.
  • The Company may include links from time to time from its website to other internet sites. The Company has no control over the content of such sites and disclaims any liability in respect of your use of such sites.
  • All conditions, terms, representations and warranties relating to the goods which are not expressly stated in this Agreement are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Every provision of this clause excluding or limiting liability shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if for any reason any of these provisions is held inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances and shall remain force notwithstanding the expiry or termination of this Agreement as your end.
